Thanks! It's three episodes, though!

Tonight's was great!!! Smiley
Cannot wait until 1961!!!!

I really got sad when Noah attacked Sandra. Sandra is a great and strong character with compassion, and I love her, like a TV Mommy! Smiley

I am hoping that Sandra does not file for divorce, so that way we will see her in Season 4.

Weekly episode review:

1. Holy Jesus Mind Games Batman. With Sylar having Shape Shifting, you'll never know who's actually Sylar, and who's actually pretending to be Sylar pretending to be someone else.
2. Looks like Noah's pretty ruined now to say the least. Just when it looks like Noah had the chance to turn the tables (when we know that it will go wrong) on Sylar, the tables are turned back against him. Now, it seems to others that Noah went berserk and killed an innocent man.
3. Matt's dangerous jump into the dark side: I knew he couldn't pull the trigger. Just once I'd like to see a Hero really act like a villain and murder for once (Peter doesn't count on account of him being a dumbass) . Now that would be unexpected. With Matt and Matt Jr. reuniting, he'll become more of a Hero again. Either way that's good, but Bad Matt was kind of thrilling.
4. Matt's mind games with Danko: kind of parallels with Sylar's mind games with Noah. I love how Matt pushes Danko to spill the truth, and pushes him even further to call Daphne by her first name after he called her by her last name.
5.  Danko calling Alena at the end of the episode: is that the real Danko? The one behind the cold exterior? Is there more to him than the Emile Danko that we know? Hm. If this is true, then now Danko will be the man who has "lost everything" instead of Matt.
6. Brilliant humor scenes with Hiro, Ando, and Matt Jr. to balance out this dark episode. I love the "Ando Face":

(Matt Jr crying)
Hiro: Diaper?
Ando: Just changed him.
Hiro: Hungry?
Ando: Just fed him.
(Car dies)
Hiro: but it's a brand new car!

(paraphrased from memory but this is probably the humor highlight of the episode)

7. The point raised by Sylar after regenerating from Noah's shot: why did Danko lead Noah right to Sylar? He could have screwed over Noah just as much by leading him to another agent that was not Sylar. This highlights Danko's still-remaining reluctance at working with "one of them" (Sylar) and his reluctance at putting one of his men in mortal danger. He's not biting all of the bait just yet.

8. While Sylar's smart, his intelligence is not absolute it seems. Especially when he slipped about Noah's divorce, something that probably (at this time) only Noah and Sandra(Sylar) know.

Okay so some random thoughts...

Wow lots of mind games. Hopefully it doesn't get tiresome. It was interesting at first but towards the end I was getting bored with it.

How stupid is Danko? Did he really think he could outsmart Sylar, or even Noah Bennet for that matter?
Speaking of stupid, how stupid is Mohinder to go back to his home where they probably have surveillance on him and are going to have agents jumping out of the wall sooner or later.

Convenient that Sylar can just not heal when he feels like it. Or is that perhaps part of the shapeshifting? Either way, that's really pushing it a bit.

Thank goodness for the whole thing with Hiro and Ando and baby Matt. So we basically learn that the kid is a walking (or maybe not yet?) eclipse when he gets mad. That could prove interesting. "Sylar...meet the wrath of baby touch and stop!!" Sylar lifts a finger to slice his head open, nothing happens and the kid just keeps crying...then Sylar has a fit about getting shut down by a toddler. I got a little carried away there... But how awesome would that be? I bet the kid is going to be really significant in stopping (or maybe starting?) someone's powers. In any case, the whole thing provided some much needed comic relief for the episode. Great to see Matt meet his son, that was a really cute moment.

It was a good episode, but there was WAY too much "point and don't shoot" from just about everyone. And that really annoys me.

I'm a little surprised by that reaction. I figured it was him the whole time. Pushing it or not, being able to do that is something we came to terms with in season one. Claire did it then, and Sylar is doing it now.

i had thought that heroes powers were only returned while he was holding baby matt, but now see that they were permently restored. So when peter eventualy meets baby parkmen his powers to should be restored.

I thought it was a good episode!  Quite a bit of trickery and emotional scenes, but I like that.  I hope these last few solid episodes are leading to a great season finale!  I'll post more of my thoughts soon. Grin

I really liked this episode. Maybe because it didn't have much to do with the Flying Petrelli's. The only thing that really got me steamed was at the end when they were digging up those bodies, and Nathan asked "how many are there", Angela said keep digging! Do you know how hard it is to dig a hole that deep in the desert with a shovel? Why couldn't Angela just tell them how many bodies there were and move on? I noticed she sat on her ass while they were digging! What she couldn't help?

Best line of the night was that trucker..."Maybe you should move your magic baby a little further away from my truck" Loved it!

Since Hiro's powers were only partially restored, maybe Maya could meet the baby and get some sort of her power back, ya know? TO make her more useful with her power, maybe it could be toned down to where not everything could die. She could only target one at a time....

I know, it will NEVER happen, but Maya was my fave....so I hope...lol. Smiley

Thank God for the Hindo/Baby Touch And Go scenes!  Grin  not only were they funny - superfunny - but it was also nice to have something more relaxed between all that "one of these guys is Sylar, who is it, i'll shoot someone, who, etc." Honestly, if i wouldn't know better, i would say that the episode was called "Paranoid" or something.

So as i said, the Japanese fellows did well. But Noah... Noah Bennet... oh that poor guy. Although i pretty must guessed that the divorce-Sandra was Sylar, i still felt so sad for HRG... it looked like he would need a hug.

Matt the super-evil! I kind of hoped that he would've shot that woman. And Danko. Both. And then he could've burned the house. Or put someone else to burn it. Anything. Anything as long as we could see badass Parkman.
I felt a little weird that Matt didn't have any suspicions about the baby. Not towards Hindo but anyway.Like, in S2 he had found out that the baby wasn't his. And now it is, and that's it? Or did he just assume that the kid wasn't his?  Huh
i think it was pretty funny when Matt held the Junior like a Lion King. "I have a son!"  Cheesy  But they make a sweet family. Hopefully Hiro and Ando could be godparents  Grin

Only two things worth mentioning about the Petrelli's:

The only thing that really got me steamed was at the end when they were digging up those bodies, and Nathan asked "how many are there", Angela said keep digging! Do you know how hard it is to dig a hole that deep in the desert with a shovel? Why couldn't Angela just tell them how many bodies there were and move on? I noticed she sat on her ass while they were digging! What she couldn't help?

Hilarious, kpatrik!  Grin

and 2:
Has Nathan cut his hair?

And oh yeah, i came up with third one:
Why did Noah come over?

The best words prize goes to... Mohinder!
"Hiro...Matt's changed. He's commited himself to a very destructive course."
"What? We must save him!"
"Believe me, I tried. But it's difficult to dissuade a man who's decided he has nothing to live for.

Especially the first one made me laugh so hard.  Grin  I don't know why, as there was nothing much to laugh about. but still... Anyways, it looks like Mohinder's not a scientist anymore...he's a terapist or something.

i forgot to mention, that I actually thought that Sylar was HRG when HRG pretented to be Sylar who pretented to be HRG.
