Heroes creator Tim Kring is jam-packing his December 4 mid-season finale with several seismic shocks, including the death of a character, a hero turning traitor and a prophetic painting of Hiro (Masi Oka) raising a sword to do battle with a gigantic... OK, we won't give it away. But here's what we can tell you:
Kring promises lots more insight into what - or better yet, who - is the bomb that will nuke Manhattan. "We've introduced Sprague (Matthew John Armstrong), who is radioactive and seems to be getting worse," Kring notes. "But we'll posit another theory that it's Peter (Milo Ventimiglia). He's having so much trouble absorbing the power around him that he goes into a coma."

A hero "will be seduced into the web of Horn Rimmed Glasses" But Kring admits this may not ultimately prove as traitorous - or tragic - as it sounds. "We're keeping things ambiguous with H.R.G. There's a lot of uncertainty as to just how bad he really is, or where his allegiance really lies. He seems to be a very loving father, so the audience should feel torn about him."

Someone with superpowers will die. But it could have been much worse, Kring claims. "We originally intended the Grim Reaper to come sooner and more often. In fact we started out with a couple of the heroes already on the chopping block." What saved them? "Every actor and character working so well that it's been hard to let anyone go. Still, killing this [character] will generate a tremendous amount of story"

But does death on Heroes really mean death? What with the flashbacks, the wild dreams and Hiro's ability to time-jump, might we see the doomed star again? "There is a fluidity to our show," Kring concedes. "People can come and go... and reappear."

if sylar was able to get claire's power....he would be unstoppable?

sylar is like the perfect villain tho.....he has his own version of peter's power,  only he kills and takes other's powers permanently, from what has been seen i guess.

Am I the only one who thinks that the question we should be asking is.... Did Peter save the right cheerleader?

Good point!  Nathan's powers didn't develop until he was older (car crash).  Maybe that cheerleader was special, she just didn't know it yet.

ya i think he saved the right one beacuse the show focuses more on Claire Bennet then it does on the other chear leader. did u know that the actress who plays Claire Bennet was on malcome in the middle

When was Surish's father doing the experments?  Yes, I know six months ago, but I go the feeling it was something he's been working on for year. Heck it takes at least 2 to get a book written and pubilished.

Jessalyn Gilsig Joins Heroes

Jessalyn Gilsig ("Nip/Tuck") will appear in a multiepisode arc on NBC's "Heroes," reports Variety.

The actress recently wrapped a lead role alongside Robert Carlyle in "The Flood." Her credits include "Boston Public" and "See This Movie."

This is my theory it might seem far fetched but i will try anyway.I think that there are two versions of hiro and sylar,How did i come to this conclusion is that when hiro arrived from the future on the trian to tell peter to save the cheerleader,save the world he meant to alter it because maybe in hiros future cliar is already dead and that sylar has almost everyones powers and to stop sylar from getting to powerful he must warn peter because he must be the only person left that he hasn't visit in the past(remember when he tried saving the waitrees and he said it doesn't matter how many times i go back in time she will die in infinite amount of ways so he stoped going back).Now sylar is a different story he must of killed somebody who had the same ability as hiro because remember when the two cops were chasing him and then he got shot he got back up like it was nothing and flew away I think that is the future sylar going back in time to make a name for himself through history and make sure everything goes to plan for him.This is only a theory.

It's different... I mean the Hiro part I think everyone is on board with. But SYlar gets shot and you think Future Sylar told him what exactly?
