Agreed! Matt is my favourite character too (closely followed by Claude and Hiro).

Matt is the most likeable and hestitant to use the word "realistic" of our characters... most of us related to him in some way... the writers do a great job of making him iconic.. and that is the same for some of the other characters (Peter, Hiro, Claude, even Claire)

I like Matt, but some of the facial expressions he gets when concentrating make him look like he needs  a "Heroic" laxative.

Heroes are learning to control their powers, so Matt may learn to control that as well, but then how will we viewers know when he's hearing something?  Give us one of these  ?
