Yes, That was my first thought when Matt said she was pregnant.  Now we have a new who's your daddy question.  Hopefully the writters will make the baby Matt's so they can introduce a baby with a power.  That would be cool.

I suppose it's been suggested that Mohinder's (deceased) sister had a power as young as 5 so not too implausible...

And we also know that Claire didn't die in the fire and they said she was 18 months old. That's to say for sure that she was actually in the fire.

It dosen't have to be brain related.  Micah has electronical powers and his mom superstrength, dad phases through things.   Claire heals and her mom starts fire.  The baby could have just about any type of power.
