I would have to say that the thing I liked the least was the end, showing Sylar acting as Nathan.  First, Sylar has never touched Nathan as far as I know, making it impossible.  Next, can we just please get through a season with Nathan not being in mortal danger.

Woah slow down there. I don't think there was ever a touch requirement to Sylar's shape-shifting. You must be thinking of the T1000 from Terminator 2 or shapeshifting from another show/movie. From what's seen on the show so far, the user of the ability can simply look at their target then shape-shift to mimic them.

There is no "Touch" requirement. When Danko and Sylar were at that club looking for the shape-shifter, he took Sylar's shape without touching him.

I think that this rumor got started because when Danko was chasing the shape-shifter out of building 26, he ran into a maintenance man, and then took his shape. So some fans assumed that he has to make physical contact.

I've seen fans at the 9th wonder board that also think that he has to touch someone to get a DNA lock...or something...

This is a perfect example of how someone can post their own pet theory on a forum; someone else agrees, and the next thing you know people are quoting it as canon....

yeah, thought there was a "touch" requirement too, but i guess not.
and how can you hate that ending?
In my opinion, it was the best part in the entire episode.

I just thought about that Company creating thing...with Angela and the guys.

First i thought that it was weird, 'cos it's been clearly pointed out that Adam was one of the biggest founders, but d'you think it could be possible that when Angela, Linderman, Bob and Charles made that plan, they met Adam at some point, and that he was just able to give money, buildings and some ideas to the others?
'Cos like we saw he wasn't really there when they first had the idea of the Company. Just something I thought

That would make sense. Remember....there are 8 other foudners that Angela and her group has to meet as well. (Kaito Nakamura, Victoria Pratt, Arthur Petrelli, etc.)
