3x20 - Cold Snap

I was not happy to see Micah again. Of the whole first season trio (Nikki, Micah & D.L.), the only one I really liked was D.L., and they just threw him away. Of the second season trio (Nikki, Micah & Monica), I only really liked Monica. And I'll bet we don't every see her again either. I've always found the Micah character to be annoying (although still more enjoyable than the Nikki/Tracy/whoever soap opera, I mean come on, what does it take to get rid of her?). So I was none to pleased to see Micah again. And now for a completely different rant...
Last episode we saw Sylar lurking in Danko's apartment, it was so sinister and I loved it, but apparently he's not going to do anything at all to him, he's even going to help him. That's not big game hunting! That's a cop-out! And how could he have possibly had enough time after leaving his dad's shanty to find Maury (who was in hiding from the government, remember), capture him, bring him to DC, tie him up with a big bow, and leave him in Danko's apartment? That time-line doesn't track. Not to mention the fact that Maury was supposed to have died in last season's fire? And how come Sylar didn't do the ol' chop n steal?
Now, just so you don't get the wrong idea, I thought this was a really good episode. except for the afore mentioned points, I enjoyed most of it. Overall, I'll give it a 8.3
