Oh, and I'm just a little miffed at Rebel. He/She/They seems perfectly willing to risk Claire and her family's neck, all the while keeping a safe distance. Who does he/she/they think they are?
i think i'm in the minority here...or maybe i'm the only one that thinks so...but my guess would be that 'Rebel' is nathan. i know its a long shot but here are my theories:
1. he knew that his plan has gone horribly wrong and is trying to make things right
2. rebel knows exactly when and where all the agents are located...who would know better than someone on the inside.
3. why would rebel point victims to claire? duh, because nathan knows that claire is practically invincible...plus, she has a 'free pass' so more leeway to help other people escape
4. nathan whispered to traci that 'he has been helping them all along...' why? how? hmmm??
yeah, that would be my vote

How would Nathan be pulling it off though?
As far as we know he's not some master hacker, and even if he was he'd have to sit down at a computer to do the things that Rebel is doing. And personally I really don't think that he'd steer people to Claire. He's been trying to keep her excluded from the hunting and gathering. He also knows that she's being watched.
And as for Claire being "practically invincible", that's just it. She's not
truly invincible. She does have a weakness that can be exploited to kill her. And Danko knows that weakness. Sending 'special' people to her might draw the attention of the his agents. And I'm sure that he's advised them on how to kill Claire...if necessary.
I'm sorry but I just can't imagine Nathan putting Claire into that much danger when all she had to do to keep out of trouble was keep a low profile. For this same reason I'm ruling out Angela.
In my opinion Rebel sending people on missions to save each other when they should be laying low is reckless and dangerous. Which is just the kind of thing that a kid like Micah would do. Since the beginning of the show he's believed that they should be out fighting evil, and using their powers for good.
