Mostly blah.  A few good things:

- I'm really liking Matt as a channeler of Mendez.
- Peter being single powered.  This means he'll finally be allowed to be smart.  Before he was too powerful, and would have wrecked the show if they also gave him a brain.
- Sylar with a sidekick    interesting.

I like how claire's ability has an actual use now. It's not the ability of emoness or regeneration, but the power of a Meat Shield. It's making her braver. Seriously, would any of you really want to stand in line of fire of rifles? (ignore the fact she was protecting Daphne).

Btw, when the actress who played Daphe talked about recording episode 19, it could of been a flash back episode.

I would love for clair to relize that the only reson the human body has the limits it does is becuse our brian stops us from hurting ourselves...her power might allowe her to have more strength , speed, and maybe even others...not superman, but really she doesn't need to worry about hurting herself...

I like Matt getting the precognitive drawing as well. Kind of puts an interesting twist on everything. I believe that eventually Matt is going to be the super powerful one, even more so than Sylar. If he channels his telepathy as the whole mind control thing well, he could completely cancel out everything that Sylar can do. I think that it's necessary for there to be a character that can fight off against Sylar and have a hope of winning so not to give the idea that the super villain is all-powerful. It used to be Peter, but I guess they wanted to change it up a bit.

Speaking of Peter...I was kind of bummed that he could only hold one power at first. He's been my favorite character since the beginning and I loved the whole concept of absorbing powers through empathy. But he got so annoying and stupid last season, and I started to not like him as much. He's getting better now, and the fact that he's not all powerful is giving him the opportunity to actually have to use his brain, which seems to be disabled when he has multiple powers.

The thing that bugged me about Claire's text messaging was her response. All this season she's been whining about how she wants to help out, she's a big girl now, blah, blah, blah. Then she gets a text message and all the sudden she's scared? Why the sudden regression to Cheerleader Claire? (Stay aggressive, stay-stay-aggressive!)
