I feel that it was just part of the story line to show the pros and cons of how people are dealing with and understanding their powers.

All of the characters can't be "perfect" or the story wouldn't be interesting.

I love this character I think he adds a ton to the story line and I love when they show new paintings from him.  I can't say enough about them.  Its a great aspect of the show.

I'm amazed the fact that he can't remember "rehab" doesn't disconcert him at all...
But what exactly they did to him doesn't matter as now he's free from heroin!

Does anyone know where he gets all his money? is it from selling paintings? because i don't think he would want to sell any now....
