NO! Decapitation WILL kill her, Adam, Peter, and Sylar! Anything lodged in thier brains will kill them until removed, so...like zombies, chop off their heads!
I disagree. Sylar told Clair that he couldn't kill her even if he wanted to. And he should know, since he knows how things work. Also Clair was still able to think and talk and carry on a conversation with the top of her head removed.

But, remeber Angela's dream? Sylar does not know everything. Claire and now Arthur could be killed by decapitation. The brain controls all bodily functions, even the powers. If her brain was TOTALLY removed, not her skullcap, She'd be dead. No power activation would initiate. Think about it.

As far as I remember, in Angela's dream it showed Clair (in a cheerleader outfit) decapitated. It also showed someone dragging the body away from the head. Now if decapitation would have killed her, why go to the trouble of separating the body from the head. On the other hand, if her head was close enough to her body and it was possible that they may somehow reattach & heal, then yes you would want to separate the 2 pieces. I think even if she was decapitated, she would still be somewhat alive, & maybe even conscious. She couldn't talk (no lungs), but she would be able to blink, maybe even smile.

Someone have probably talked about this already, but when we first saw Adam in... was it 1672? 1673? I can't really remember, but somthing like that.

When we saw Adam in the present, he wasn't looking a day older.

Will Claire stay as a teenager forever?  Huh That would be weird.

And about those other things... That Angela's dream wasn't really showing 100% what would happen. Aren't they more like... symbolic? Claire wouldn't be on her old cheerleader suit anyway. If i should have to kill Claire, i would probably take away her brains, slice them, and just mess them up compleatly.

And about that earlier, I can only imagine Sylar in a plane  Grin It brings that elevator part in mind.

Not that it matters much now, but I wasn't wondering how Sylar got to California, I was wondering how he knew to go to California in the first place. Noah is supposed to be an Ace operative, and he hid the family so no one at the Company could find them, but it apparently took Sylar little to no time to figure out where the were.

Has anyone ever actually killed someone who could heal?  So far it seems like decapitation is just a theory.  if Claire is special among the special, doesnt that mean that Sylar and Peter are now too?  i'm getting the feeling that Peter and Sylar are not special like Claire, and if thats true, its not her powers that make her special.  AND if Claire is so special WHY does she whine so much?  I wish she'd develope a sense of humor, or some sort of harmless sense of mischief or something like a regular 18-19 year old girl, have some fun, go water skiing.

Arthur Petrelli pretty much killed Adam Monroe. Sucked dry and crumbled to dust seems pretty definitive to me.
