I dont mean the simpsons obviously but i wanna know why he was only in that one episode...i think it was only one anyway. But after he escaped from the cop car you didnt hear about him......and in the episode where he was the main concern of the cops he siad something about blowing up the city block or something so i really think somehow Peter takes his power and for some reason explodes or is supposed to ne way

what was the Guys Name??

Not yet...give him a couple of weeks.

...and yes, I believe that was him, because I don't think it was Isaac. Remember, Isaac was on the ground near Peter when Peter went Kaboom...

But if that was Ted, then why would Peter have his radioactive power to explode anyway? Can Peter have the power of a dead hero? Surely not... unless he had it because he was close to Seyler and in that case... wouldn't it be that Seyler had the power and Peter was using it from him... Or would be be that Seyler was using that power against Peter in some kind of battle. Maybe what they are really showing us is the battle between the two and maybe Peter won't die if the other heroes help him battle Seyler. I really don't want Peter to die.

he could have been in a battle or even near Sylar to get the power...remember, he can retain powers for a day at the least....

Peter is my favorite also, so I dont want him to die either....we need to get Hiro to fix this Smiley

Well I came out with one possible theory besides it being Ted.

Here are the only possible answers

1) Issac has a twin brother (Booo that Idea)
2) It's TEd Sprague (Hooray Heroes!!! I mean Beer!!!)
3) It's Just some random Dead Mutant that put at Issac Apartment so he can go work for HRG without being a person who is alive on the "List".

I hope it's really just dead Ted... If my theory on that is right then Ted was dead before The Union High School attack. Thus we have seen Peter being effected already by his contact with SYlar/With to many mutant abilities all at once and if Sylar already killed Ted Peter would already have the Radioactive ability.
