Well it's a good thing Patience is a Virtue, because we all know Heroes Season 2 started out as a drag, but we waited it out, trusted the writers and now it's picking up fast. And it's getting better and better. The Conclusion really made this Episode something.
Great Episode! - What I loved about it.
Mohinder being a hero and not injecting Monica with that thing - Way 2 go! I was urging and cheering him not to anyway. He can be quite stupid sometimes, but he's still a great Hero. For a few minutes I was scared Bob would use the fact that they have Molly to threaten Mohinder with. They are used to doing this, and the fact that HRG told him they would cut him loose also made me fear for both Mohinder and Monica. Bob was being nice this episode...soooo nice...too nice. So whilst Bob was moulding himself and the Company to look like good guys - HRG is very much being portrayed as the Evil Villain some of us thought he was at the start of the Season: Ruthless & Cruel. I still believe what he did was wrong no matter whether he's doing it for the family. But I believe the real reason, for HRG's new attitude change kicking in is to prevent the Painting of himself getting shot. I think he's rather making the exact mistakes and steps to make this Painting happen. Isaac's Paintings always happen unless a Time Traveller intervenes with it by travelling through time and planting something (e.g a Message) which stops it from happening (i.e the explosion)
Anyway, back to the episode: It's unfortunate there was no Nathan or Matt, but I think it was made up for, but I think Mohinder & Bob made up for it. Is it me or is Mohinder slowly turning into a Company Man. It's obvious he's very valuable to Bob because he has the cure which they will definately need, and Mohinder's intelligence and ability to find Heroes is something they don't have (through that wierd Computer thing). All Molly does every episode is sit there, and it's like every Season they have her appear prominently in the first couple of episodes, make her disappear for a bit, then bring her back towards the Finale. It was obvious Mohinder & Nikki would team up together but I'm very puzzled about NIkki. She's acting a lot like Jessica. Is this an act, or has Jessica really taken over. I mean Ali Larter was wearing her Jessica Face when she was talking to Mohinder. In relation, there's a Painting by Isaac which shows either Nikki or Jessica banging on something, that ppl say is a door, but what if it's a mirror? I also had the impression Jessica went away last Season, but wasn't she telling Nikki in the mirror that Jessica-looking Candice was not her? Maybe Jessica isn't gone like we thought so. Maybe she's merged, and Jessica gets to still do what she wants. Anyway I'm all confused there

Monica's always intersting to watch, mainly because her storylines are interesting, her power is cool and she's always mixing and interacting with the right people: Micah, Mohinder & Bob, who are most fo the time interesting character or have interesting powers (In Micah's case). I had to laugh when she said to Bob: "You're like my own Oprah Winfrey - Advice & Gifts"
I also loved the first scenes with Sylar & Maya. There's an obvious attraction there, and it surprises me so much that Sylar is getting a Love Interest this Season, even if it is for her "Juicy Power." I doubt he will get to kill Maya, but I'm sure he will kill Alejandro. Sylar might not have his abilities anymore but he is already moulding and manipulating Maya into a killer. Once Sylar picks off Alejandro, it will be easier to turn Maya to the Dark Side very quickly and he'll have a Sidekick and a "Shiny New Toy." It's a very interesting developing storyline. One thing I was disappointed with this Episode is that Sylar didn't kill off Alejandro - Well I guess the oportunity hasn't struck yet has it? Oh yeah, and you gotta love the evil Sylar grin.
I wasn't very captivated by the Hiro storyline until he accidentally teleported away to save her life and kissed her resulting in Kensei's betrayal and actions. This actually surprised me, as I wasn't expecting Kensei to do this, but then again, David Anders always plays the Bad Guys so I should've expected it. Also he will now get much more to do.
Claire & West's Best Storyline by Far this Season: I have to say I enjoyed it. Although it was very much like the stunt she pulled on Brody, it was much more interesting with the flying masked man swooping down to pick Claire up drop her and "Kill her". Look on Debbie's face was priceless LOL
I have to say I always enjoy a Bully being taught a very good lesson, in any show, in whatever way. Although I must say they're storyline is heating up next Episode.
HRG in Ukraine - It was Interesting to see how he did such Evil Things, and the Haitian doesn't seem to mind or judge. I always thought the Haitian as a Good Guy, but thinking back to "5 Years Gone" I really can't decide where his Loyalties lie or how he thinks. I know he's a very Background and Mysterious Character, but I think it would be nice to eventually have an episode based on the Haitian so we can know more about him.
Finding the Paintings: There's a whole thread on this so I won't go into this too much. The ones that struck me the most:
The Vial - I was thinking at the time I saw it that it was the Antidote to the Virus, but maybe it is the Virus. We never know if that's how it is released.
From next week's Episode Promo it looks like it's Nikki holding the Vial
; Hiro fighting Kensei is 6/8, but I have a feeling this will take place next Episode, and some of the other ones have already happened. Apparently one of them was of Claire doing her stunt on Debbie; Peter's Shocked Face and somebody behind him (What could it possibly be) - At first the guy behind him looked like Peter, but now I think it looks like Sylar a bit behind him. Could this be another Peter/Sylar confrontation and what number is it? Plus, there is a sort of pink thing in the picture on Peter's right I think - at the time i thought it was a Cockroach; and Finally the Mohinder holding a gun with a broken nose having shot someone. When I first watched the Episode, it fit very well with the HRG shot dead on the floor one very well, so I came to the Conclusion Mohinder shoots HRG dead. But now that I've seen the next episode Trailer, I'm thinking....
Mohinder has to get the bruise on his Nose somehow - Could that be Nikki throwing him over table - Apparently, next episode Mohinder, Matt, Niki & Bob team up to stop Maury Parkman "The Nightmare Man" when he attacks at the Company's Facility, possibly in an attempt to kill Bob - His time might be up. I'm thinking Mohinder will shoot someone that episode...and I'm thinking now maybe it's Nikki. Could be an accident, but next ep looks a tad bit Nikki Centric.
