So what about him and the whole New york in 5 weeks thing. What is he going to do now that he has this new found responsibilty. Weird.
I'll tell you one thing...I'm willing to bet that he is sure glad that he teleported back to where he started from, especially since he was about to be fingered for something he didn't do.

In another preview it looked like he could teleport too! He can bend time and space! Now that is a pretty amazing power. I'm sure with more practice he'll master his ability.
I liked how he stopped time to save the little girl from being hit by the truck. That showed his power potential. Who know what he will be capable of with a little more practice.

At first, I wasn't too sure what his contribution could be, other than free trips around the world for himself. But he threw himself fully into doing what he could for others, just like a real super hero does, not thinking of himself. And as the story went along, I saw him being much more involved than perhaps anyone else in the full length of the story, especially since he came back from the future to give the message, because possibly in the future, things got really bad, and his coming back into the past was to change the future for the better. Maybe a whole bunch of "Silars" were created in the future, that's why he needed the sword. Maybe his powers in the future are nullified sometimes and the sword turned out to be his only way to attack or defend.
PS--it's obvious to me now, that they could keep this show running for several years, in the same vein it is presented now. They could bring in so many more 'talented' people, either good or bad, and keep the story running. It'd be neat if this could rival the Star Trek or Wars epics. However, upon "HomeComing" episode, the cute little black-haired honey meets Silar crashing thru the bushes, tells him to go to sleep and he drops over like a statue. That was interesting to me. It seems the cheerleader's dad surrounds himself with people with mental and psychic abilities. I just hope they don't overload the cast so that there's dozens of them all running around, and we're reduced to only 3 mins each episode of our favorites!!
