One of the interesting little bits that enhance the show are the references to other sf&f or  like "Claude Raines", "Sulu" and Stan Lee, for example, especially when they pop up unexpectedly. Seeing a familiar name in the credits makes me even more attentive throughout the episode. With all the mystery and yet unanswered questions it's good to hunt for and find these gems.

Hmm, my personal fav was in the pool outside the house of the girl Matt found, the floats arranged in a (vague) symbol sort of way...very subtle!

I am waiting for Claude to make a sublte Dr. Who reference. one that onely hard coer fans would understand and would not detract from the story line or cross story lines. such as describing his turning invisible as appearing to dematerialize. or getting into a car mention that it is larger inside than it looks.
